“Well, I Declare” features a live reading of the Declaration of Independence with thoughtful, provocative, and playful reactions from North Carolina songwriters. Led by Dawn Landes, guests will include Rissi Palmer and other musicians with actor Mike Wiley as narrator. This event is part of the nationwide celebration of America’s 250th anniversary.
