Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road have a new album, Country Grass, due out this month. Affectionately known as the “Lady of Tradition” in bluegrass, Jordan has been fronting Carolina Road for more than 10 years. The band’s reputation for having a dynamic show has earned them more than 100 performances each year throughout North America at more than 60 major festivals. Additionally, they host Bluegrass Christmas in the Smokies and Bluegrass in Cherokee festivals each year. The band is: Lorraine Jordan (mandolin and tenor vocals), Tommy Long (baritone vocals and guitar), Josh Goforth (fiddle), and Ben Greene (banjo).
