Workshop
This workshop will focus on transitioning from rhythm guitar playing to developing some flatpicking leads. There will be emphasis on the importance of concise, consistent rhythm guitar playing, and how to use this and the melody of a song in developing flatpicking solos.
Spencer Mobley is originally from Raleigh, NC. He has played with a variety of national, regional, and local bands on guitar and mandolin. At the beginning of 2023, Spencer opened Elevation Music Supply in Benson, NC. Whether performing, selling an instrument, or teaching; Spencer’s priority is the advancement of Bluegrass music.
