The International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) has released the Official Showcase Acts portion of the schedule for this year’s Bluegrass Ramble, an innovative series of showcases featuring 30 juried acts. Each hand-selected act will perform twice over the course of the September 27 – 29 Ramble event, giving music fans and industry insiders multiple opportunities to hear as much great music as possible. Ramble clubs include the Architect Bar & Social House, Kings, Lincoln Theater, Pour House, Vintage Church and the Raleigh Convention Center (two stages), all located in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. The remaining line-up – including late-night sponsored shows and Thursday evening local acts — will be announced at a later date.

These acts were selected from more than 150 submissions representing varied sounds from around the world. An IBMA Business Conference badge or Bluegrass Ramble wristband is required for admission to all venues. Admission into a single club will be sold at the door of each venue for $10. Reserve Bluegrass Ramble passes

Registered Business Conference attendees do not need to purchase Bluegrass Ramble tickets. First-time conference attendees receive a $50 discount. Register for the IBMA’s World of Bluegrass Business Conference
