Purchasing a Ticket
PineCone members must use a password to receive a discount. On the day-of-show, Ticketmaster stops selling online about 5 hours before showtime; if you can't get your tickets online the day-of-show, you still might be able to purchase tickets in person at the venue!
Tickets ordered through PineCone's box office will be available electronically via text or email on the day of purchase. Please note that the tickets will come from a "ticketmaster.com" email address. You may need to search your inbox and/or spam folder for "ticketmaster" to find the email.
Upon request, we can also print hard tickets for you and deliver them by US Mail or at Will Call.
At the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts Box Office, 2 E South St, Raleigh, NC 27601. Normal business hours for the Box Office are MON-FRI 10a - 2p.
Ticket purchases made through PineCone's office are subject to a $5.36 per order handling fee. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Make personal checks payable to: PineCone (There is a $25 fee for returned checks)
Tickets purchased through ticketmaster.com and affiliated outlets are subject to fees set by ticketmaster.
After Your Purchase
Please have tickets in hand on the night of the event and ready to scan upon arrival. Printed tickets will still be accepted.
Touchless ticket scanners If you ordered your tickets online, please download your ticket(s) to your mobile device prior to coming to the event.
All ticket sales are final. However, if you are not feeling well the day of the show, please stay home. PineCone Members can convert tickets to a donation to PineCone, or exchange for a future PineCone concert in the same season.
Bags & Security at the Martin Marietta Center
Guests will be guided through a security screening, which includes new bag size restrictions.
All bags are now subject to search and must meet new size requirements.
A small clutch or wallet is recommended and no bags larger than 12" x 12" x 10" will be allowed. This includes backpacks, camera bags, and large purses.
Diaper bags are allowed for guests with infants or toddlers - child must be present.
Refunds or Donation Credits
All ticket sales are final. However, in the event of a cancellation, tickets may be exchanged or refunded based on circumstances. If you are not feeling well the day of the show, please stay home. You can convert the cost of your ticket purchase into a donation to PineCone, or exchange for a future concert of similar value. Exchanges are subject to availability. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Exchanges for tickets purchased by phone through PineCone must be handled through PineCone's box office (919-664-8333) during normal business hours, no later than 48 hours in advance of the performance date printed on your ticket.
No money will be refunded for tickets of lesser value. Customer must pay difference for higher value tickets. Tickets may not be exchanged for co-promotions. Contact us for further details.
In the event of a sellout, the PineCone box office will maintain a waiting list in case tickets become available. To add your name to a waiting list, call 919-664-8333. If tickets become available, PineCone staff will contact people on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
All mobile phones must be silenced before entering the theater.
Photography or sound recording of any performance without written permission of management is prohibited. No cameras or recording devices of any kind are permitted in the theaters during a performance.
