NOTE: Up to six participants can indicate that they would like to play a song of their choice during the workshop. These spots will be first-come, first-served. ALL participants will get to listen to the feedback from Alex, and there will be time set aside for Q&A from attendees who do not share a song.
Described as “one of the greatest improvising violinists in America today” by virtuoso mandolinist/composer Mike Marshall, Alex Hargreaves is a violinist equally at home playing bluegrass, jazz and everything in between. Alex is an experienced music educator, having taught at a variety of music camps and workshops, including the Mark O’Connor Fiddle Camp, Swannanoa Gathering, Christian Howes’ Creative Strings Workshop, Rockygrass Academy, and the Mike Block String Camp.
